	GET YOUR MATE AND HELP US BUILD A GREAT TEAM Request your REFERRAL SUPPORT for critical Red Prairie requirements at Bangalore Requirement Details Technical Lead- 2 positions Primary Skills ·         5-8 years relevant experience in software solutions and life cycle and/or within the supply chain /logistics industry  is a must. ·         Good knowledge on warehouse management functionalities ·         Good understanding of Red Prairie architecture, MOCA, etc. required. ·         Experience in interfacing the RP Products with other host products [Integrator] ·         Experience on DDA application development and Reports ·         Good Core JAVA experience. ·         Experience with C# is an advantage. ·         Very good exposure experience with relational database SQL, PL SQL and excellent query writing Skills. ·         Strong skills in leadership as well as written and verbal communication skills in both technical and business terms ·         Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems ·         Ability to learn and excel in new product frameworks involving varied technologies. ·         Ability to work alone as well as in team/cooperative efforts Preferred Skills ·         Ability to Implement standard application functionality or develop custom code as needed to meet requests ·         Ability to analyze functional requirements into technical solutions by means of application configuration and/or custom development ·         Experience on MTF/RF application development is preferred ·         Basic experience in programming languages like C#, C, VBA,  Java Script is preferred ·         Willing to travel if required.
