Technical Skills(Mandatory): Hibernate , Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring ORM, Spring MVC, Spring Tx, Spring JDBC)

Communication Skills : Should be able to clearly and confidently explain the concepts in English.

Behavioral Skills : Should be passionate about learning and researching new and unknown things. Should be able to take the ownership of the tasks assigned. Must be willing to work hard.

Other requirements : Should be able to work in night shift , and provide technical support for the candidates on java related issues. Should be comfortable talking over the phone for long periods of time if needed. Should have reasonable written skills, and comfortable in preparing PPTs and PDFs.
