Experience         :             3 - 5 years Qualification     :              B.E /  B.Tech / M.Tech/ B.Sc No. of Positions:              2 in Bangalore & 1 in Hyderabad ____________________________________________________________________________ Job Responsibilities §  Provide consulting support to customers in applying the most appropriate technologies & solutions for the business requirements §  Hands-on engagement in designing & developing web-based applications §  Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, designing proofs of concepts §  Perform code walkthroughs, reviews §  Participate in requirement gathering & analysis §  Work with various functional teams in aiding project planning, estimation, execution and production support §  Work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast paced environment and deliver quality results §  Provide inputs & suggestions to CTE's management in scaling up business with its customers Skill Set Needed ·         Core java1.6, Servlets2.5, JSP2,JDBC, basic knowledge on  Ajax ·         Java design patters, Struts 1.X,SVN ·         Good working and debugging Skills on Eclipse, Ability to write queries, ·         Basic knowledge in PLSQL,XML, Basic knowledge on XPATH          ·         Good understanding of SDLC, OOPs concepts ·         Should be a good team player, process oriented and have good attitude ·         Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment ·         Should possess strong communication and verbal skills ·         Should possess strong analytical skills
