We are hiring freshers for the position of software trainees.

About the Company:
CompetenSys is a software product and services company based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We work only on ASP.Net Technology. For more details about the company, please visit competensys [dot] com .

About the openings:
On-the-job training (OJT) is applicable for all positions except sales positions.
(There is no OJT applicable for Sales positions.)
For technical positions, salary will start only after the completion of OJT. No fee is payable for admitting to this OJT and employment program. Two year bond / guarantee is applicable.

OJT duration depends on skill-set selected, will likely be about 6 months +.

Selection criteria and procedures apply.

Salary range  is from 12,000 (minimum) to 24,000 depending on the performance and evaluation during the OJT.

Candidates will be selected  for the following positions in with CompetenSys:
1. Software Sales ( OJT is not applicable)
2. Software Development
3. Testing
4. Technical Marketing and Business Analyst
5. Technical Writing etc.

Eligibility:   BE / BTech with 55%
               Degree with 60%
(Non-Science Degree holders can apply for IT support roles. Eligibility - 60% marks.)
