   • 10 – 15 years successful software marketing experience
   • Knowledge of networking industry (software products, markets, technology direction) desired
   • Knowledge of and experience in one or more of the following markets: Government, Commercial Enterprise, ISPs.

   • Member of senior marketing team
   • Evaluate and analyze critical market requirements, business models and customer needs related to software / harware within product portfolio.
   • Planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing events, including technology workshops, promotions and user group meetings

      Desired Profile
      • BE/BTECH/ME/MCA from a reputed university with minimum 3 years relevant experience
      • Proficiency with C/C++ development in an UNIX and/or Windows environment
      • Knowledge of developing complex graphical user interfaces for Microsoft Windows / Linux
      • Significant work in event programming
      • Expertise in any scripting language, javaScript, Java applets is valuable
      • Experience in packet sniffers and/or protocol analyzers is preferred

      • Product design and architecture
      • Development, refinement, and enhancement features of NetSim's portfolio
      • Focused on protocol development, load testing
      • Integration of Back end / GUI / database / external security
   2. Network Modeler/Developer
      Desired Profile
      • BE/BEECH/ME/MCA from a reputed university
      • Proficiency with C/C++ development in an UNIX and/or Windows environment
      • Understanding of modeling networks, modulation, coding schemes etc.
      • Sound Mathematical background in stochastic processes, queuing theory and probability
